We value the importance of people’s homes and lives and the need to protect these during and after their lifetime. In helping instruct Wills and make decisions about an estate, we support our clients in finding contentment and peace of mind in their financial and personal affairs.

Our approach

We understand that instructing a Will can be a sensitive matter. Our approach is to listen and offer guidance to help you make decisions that are a true reflection of your wishes. We ask the questions that help you make informed choices, individually or a as couple, and ensure your Will has lasting arrangements, preventing it having to be reviewed and changed at further cost.

A simple process

Considering your wishes can be difficult, but we have created a process that is simple. In our first appointment, we clearly explain the elements of a Will, incorporating Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney and complete the necessary paperwork for you. From here, we work with Will Writers to make sure your wishes are accurately reflected in your draft Will. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your draft, we make a second and final appointment to fully support you in the attestation of your Will, ensuring it is valid as a legal document.
